at 2:52 PM Wanna be skinner ? Feel fat ? , Tips from my grandma ,At night , dont eat so much rice , if feel hungry , eat side dishes except rice . But still must eat ah , not your stomach will get hurt / And most important exercise ! Either morning or afternoon , go get a skipping rope and start SKIPPING ! If you want your leg to be skinner ;) Do this in the day not when the sun go to sleep ! Erm , if you still feel hungry , afternoon eat more ! And you cant skip breakfast , dinner , STILL MUST EAT ! Control yourself ! Try dont use too much foundation , when you get contract with the sun . Your skin will only get dry , and will make you look even older ! Nono .
